1. Personal Data Protection

Your personal data Controller is the company DW Mebel s.c Wojciech Zasuwik , Dariusz Kryjer with its seat in Łężyce (84-207), at street Jarzębinowa 4.

Data protection is carried out by DW Mebel with special care, in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, in particular GDPR i.e. the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC).

The personal data processed by us may include data provided by you as contact, such as, for example, name, e-mail address, telephone number or data provided in a CV document (if the purpose of providing such data was to apply for a job offered by DW Mebel).

We may process your Personal Data to the extent and for the purpose of:

• necessary to use the DW Mebel offer and possibly conclude an agreement for delivery of products and services, and then in order to implement the concluded agreement,
• maintaining business relationships, ? direct marketing of our products and services and those of third parties that we provide,
• in accordance with your consent, and you may withdraw your consent at any time, but this will not affect processing carried out before your withdrawal of consent,  
• fulfilling a legal obligation imposed on the controller, for example in connection with the provisions of the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994 (Journal of Laws of 1994, No. 121, item 591),
• realization of legally justified interest of the administrator in order to establish, assert or defend claims that could arise as a result of execution of a concluded agreement.

Note: DW Mebel shall not process, share or use for marketing purposes any data submitted by website Users www.dwmebel.pl DW Mebel shall process your personal data for no longer than is necessary for you to take advantage of the offer and possibly enter into an agreement for the supply of products and services, and when this is in accordance with applicable law.

Your data may be disclosed to other entities operating in the business environment, related to or cooperating with DW Mebel, for purposes related to carrying out business processes.

Personal data shall be processed by exclusively authorized persons or processors with whom entrustment agreements have been signed. Every Data Subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure, transfer and restriction of data processing by the Controller, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Every Data Subject has the right to object to processing by the Controller.
